MEET COACH CHAD BECKER
Chad Becker is a sought after expert in sports leadership and mentorship. He has dedicated over 3 decades to interscholastic athletics and amassed a wealth of experience and accolades, shaping the lives of countless leaders, student-athletes, and coaches alike.
With over 600 wins while at the helm of Boys and Girls Basketball and Girls Softball programs at Houston High School in Germantown, TN, he was selected as one of only 14 educators nationwide for the prestigious SEC and CFP's EXTRA YARD For Teachers Program, a testament to his commitment to both athletic and academic excellence.
In 2019, he was awarded Athletic Director of the Year for the state of Tennessee by his peers in the TIAAA. Not long after, he received the 2023 Distinguished Service Award from the TSSAA, further solidifying his standing as a trailblazer in interscholastic athletics administration.
Becker’s programs have soared to unprecedented heights under his tenure with over 90% of his programs securing district or region championships and a massive 74% claiming State Championships - 35 total to be exact.
Beyond the realm of victories and titles, Becker's impact extends far beyond the playing field. His mentorship has paved the way for hundreds of student-athletes to secure athletic scholarships to NCAA member schools, opening doors to higher education and future success.
