Chad Becker is a nationally recognized expert in sports leadership and mentorship, with over three decades of experience transforming interscholastic athletics. As a coach, he has led Boys and Girls Basketball and Girls Softball programs at Houston High School in Germantown, TN, to over 600 wins.

As an athletic director, Becker’s impact extends far beyond the scoreboard. Under his leadership, hundreds of student-athletes have earned NCAA scholarships, opening doors to higher education and lifelong success.

His programs have achieved an astounding 35 State Championships, with 90% of his teams securing district or region titles and 74% of programs earning a state championship.

His peers recognized his excellence by naming him Tennessee’s Athletic Director of the Year in 2019, and he was honored with the 2023 Distinguished Service Award from the TSSAA. These accolades reflect his unwavering dedication to empowering young leaders and fostering a culture of excellence in interscholastic athletics.

A graduate of the John Maxwell Certified Coaching Program, Becker embodies a lifelong commitment to leadership and personal growth. His passion for empowering others continues to leave an indelible mark on the world of interscholastic athletics.
